Daniel Sibirsky had practiced immigration and nationality law as a solo practitioner prior to joining the Brauwerman Law Firm. He is well versed in all matters arising under the Immigration and Nationality Act and excels in and enjoys practicing before the U.S. Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. At the Brauwerman Law Firm, Mr. Sibirsky will have the opportunity to practice in the federal courts. 

Mr. Sibirsky, who is fluent in Spanish, having been born in Ecuador, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (Magna Cum Laude) and a Masters of Arts in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida International University College of Law.

Mr. Sibirsky was also employed as a Trade Assistant at the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey, Mexico.
